Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LEAvid platform operated by Odoba-Ne Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use LEAvid.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Creating fake accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • One account per person. Household members may each have their own account, but sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • LEAvid reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Earning & Rewards

  • **Signup Bonus**: New verified accounts receive a $2 USD signup bonus credited to their wallet. This bonus is non-transferable and subject to withdrawal minimums.
  • **Video Rewards**: Rewards are credited upon meeting the minimum watch duration threshold, verified server-side. Skipping or fast-forwarding content to game rewards is prohibited.
  • **Survey Rewards**: Surveys are provided by third-party partners (CPX Research, BitLabs). Rewards are credited automatically upon verified completion via our postback system.
  • **Referral Commission**: You earn 10% of all earnings made by users you directly refer, for life. Commission is only paid on legitimate, verified earnings.
  • **Task Rewards**: Miscellaneous tasks posted by advertisers carry their own reward conditions as specified in each task.
  • LEAvid reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

3. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USD equivalent.
  • Withdrawals are processed via Paystack and are subject to Paystack's own processing times (typically 1–3 business days).
  • You are responsible for providing accurate bank or payment account details. Failed withdrawals due to incorrect information may incur a re-processing fee.
  • Payouts are made in the local currency of your registered country (NGN for Nigeria, GBP for UK, USD for USA, EUR for Europe).
  • Users flagged by our fraud detection system may have withdrawals held pending manual review.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots, scripts, browser extensions, VPNs, proxies, or any automated means to complete tasks or earn rewards.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
  • Manipulating referral links or referral tracking.
  • Providing false or misleading personal information.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

5. Advertiser Terms

  • Advertisers must fund their campaign wallet before launching campaigns.
  • Campaign budgets are deducted from the advertiser's wallet upon submission and are non-refundable once a campaign goes live.
  • All campaigns are subject to review and approval by the LEAvid admin team. We reserve the right to reject any campaign that violates our content guidelines.
  • Prohibited campaign content includes: adult content, gambling, illegal services, misleading health claims, and anything else at our sole discretion.
  • Advertisers are responsible for legal compliance of their campaign content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The LEAvid platform, its design, logos, and code are owned by Odoba-Ne Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a royalty-free licence to use it for platform operation purposes.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting odobane.ltd@gmail.com. Any pending earnings below the withdrawal minimum at the time of closure will be forfeited.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be automatically closed after a 30-day warning email.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • LEAvid is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the continuous availability of survey or task offers. Availability depends on third-party providers.
  • Published earning estimates (e.g., '$200–$1,200/month') are illustrative based on active usage and are not guaranteed.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odoba-Ne Ltd's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid out to you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email for material changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes acceptance.
