1. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
Usage Data: We log activity such as videos watched, surveys completed, tasks finished, and referrals made, in order to calculate and credit rewards accurately.
Financial Data: We collect payout details (e.g., bank account or mobile money number) solely to process withdrawals. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and session timestamps for security and fraud detection purposes.
Referral Data: If you arrived via a referral link, we record the referring user's ID to attribute the commission.

To create and manage your account and digital wallet.
To calculate and credit earnings for completed tasks, surveys, and video views.
To process withdrawal requests via our payment processor (Paystack).
To detect and prevent fraud using our AI-powered fraud detection system (Google Gemini).
To send transactional emails (e.g., account verification, payout confirmation).
To personalise the types of surveys and content shown to you.
To comply with legal obligations.

We integrate with third-party survey providers, including CPX Research and BitLabs, to serve surveys to eligible users. When you click on a survey from these providers, you are redirected to their platform. These providers may collect additional information per their own privacy policies:

We share only your anonymised user ID with these providers to credit rewards upon survey completion.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., Firebase/Google for infrastructure, Paystack for payments) under strict data processing agreements.
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be shared with advertisers and partners for analytics.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus up to 7 years for financial records (required by UK accounting law).
You may request deletion of your account by emailing odobane.ltd@gmail.com. Deletion will be completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
We use analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand how users navigate the platform. You may opt out of analytics cookies at any time through your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on behalf of third-party advertisers.

If you are located in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, Firebase Firestore security rules, and role-based access controls.
All server-to-server communication with survey providers uses HMAC signature verification.
No system is completely secure. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.

LEAvid is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover a user is under 18, we will promptly close their account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email for material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
